As an
IT manager in our Enterprise Data Management organization, you’ll lead a team of software developers, DevOps engineers and application specialists. You’ll own and evolve the strategic roadmap for enterprise data management capabilities, including data quality & observability, reference data management, data lineage, data privacy and information lifecycle management (ILM). You’ll partner closely with business leaders and IT platform teams to deliver solutions that are practical, adopted, and embedded in day-to-day operations. You’ll champion adoption, usability, and value realization of data management solutions across the enterprise. In this role you’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring delivery, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Must-have qualifications-
Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred skills-
Experienced manager with proven ability to lead seasoned technology professionals and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement

Experience managing agile teams and adopting product-centric operating models with clear roadmaps, backlogs, MVP delivery, and value-based prioritization

Strong partnership skills across business, IT, security, and legal stakeholders to align data capabilities with enterprise outcomes
Compensation-
$150,000 - $170,000/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
