IT Manager, Ground Transportation Systems

ABOUT YOU

As an IT Manager, Ground Transportation Systems, you are a steady, technically grounded leader who takes full ownership of systems that must be reliable, secure, and accurate at all times. You are detail oriented yet adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions in a 24/7 environment where technology directly affects operations, revenue, and customer trust. You build strong relationships across teams and vendors, communicate clearly between technical and non technical audiences, and approach issues with a solutions focused mindset. You value discipline, documentation, and continuous improvement, and you take pride in keeping critical systems running smoothly so passengers, partners, and staff can depend on them every day.

What you will do :

  • Ensures continuous, secure, and revenue‑accurate operations for mission‑critical parking, fare collection, and ground transportation systems in a 24/7 airport environment.
  • Provides technical leadership and oversight of on‑site support staff and vendor partners, driving accountability, reliability, and timely resolution of system issues.
  • Bridges technology and operations by coordinating closely with internal IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, connectivity, and compliance.
  • Advances stability and continuous improvement through disciplined system administration, data‑driven insights, documentation, and structured change management practices.

What you offer :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support or technical vendor management.
  • Experience with IT-based transit or parking systems.
  • Demonstrates strong diagnostic and critical‑thinking abilities, effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of basic system administration.
