IT Manager (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the complete IT operations of a luxury hospitality property in Doha. The ideal candidate must have strong experience within luxury hotels or 5-star hospitality environments and possess excellent technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all hotel IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and hardware
• Ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, IPTV, telephony, and related hotel systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize operational downtime
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection protocols
• Provide technical support to all hotel departments and end users
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for system maintenance and upgrades
• Plan and execute IT projects, installations, and system improvements
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, licenses, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and hospitality standards
• Lead and supervise IT support staff and technicians

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
• Mandatory experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star hotel operations
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network administration
• Server management
• Cybersecurity
• Windows/Linux systems
• CCTV and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• PMS/POS systems
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage
