Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager with strong expertise in Oracle technologies and ERP . The candidate must have a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, implementing ERP solutions, and supporting critical banking applications in a secure and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Oracle-based ERP and Apex systems.
• Oversee database administration, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Implement, customize, and upgrade ERP modules as per business requirements.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with banking standards.
• Plan and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT operations and user support.
• Analyze IT processes and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise IT staff, providing technical guidance and training.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP (preferably in the banking sector).
• Strong command over Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle form 6i and 12c and application development.
• Hands-on experience with ERP integration, customization, and reporting tools.
• Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• ERP / Certification
• ITIL Foundation (optional)
