IT Manager(Software Developer)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Age limit 35 Years Maximum.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, databases, ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with system integration, vendor management, and IT audits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, PMP).
• Experience in travel, BPO, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
• Plan, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and system availability.
• Manage ERP, CRM,MIS and other business applications.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and vendors.
• Coordinate with departments to understand IT requirements and provide solutions.
• Manage IT budgets, licenses, and hardware/software procurement.
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
