Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
IT Support:

Provide technical support for computers, printers, software and office devices.

Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

Maintain and update IT equipment inventory and documentation
-
Support email setup, user accounts, and system access.

Manage Network Operations & Monitoring – Wired & Wireless
Marketing Support:
-
Assist in managing company social media accounts.
-
Assist in webinar activities.
-
Support in event (exhibition, seminar, etc.) organization.
-
Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.

Assist Marketing campaign activities
Requirements:
-
Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
