Job Title: IT & Marketing Executive – Real Estate & Business Center
Location: Black Sea Business Center, Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities
As an IT & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, enhancing marketing performance, and supporting the technical operations of our business center. Your responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing platforms.
- Managing lead-generation funnels, tracking performance, and optimizing conversions via CRM and analytics tools.
- Implementing advanced marketing automation, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
- Conducting competitor research, market analysis, and performance reporting.
Website & SEO Management
- Designing, developing, and maintaining company websites using WordPress, HTML/CSS, plugins, and integrations.
- Ensuring SEO best practices, improving rankings, and conducting ongoing keyword and performance analysis.
- Implementing tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels.
Real Estate Portal & Listing Management
- Creating, updating, and optimizing listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate platforms.
- Ensuring accurate property descriptions, high-quality media content, and SEO-friendly formatting.
- Coordinating with sales teams to ensure timely lead handling and follow-ups.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels.
- Managing posting schedules, community engagement, and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, and presentation materials.
IT Support & System Management
- Providing basic IT support including hardware/software troubleshooting, system updates, and network coordination.
- Managing integrations between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and website forms.
- Ensuring smooth technical operations for the business center.
Other Responsibilities
- Staying updated on modern marketing trends, real estate tools, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in IT, digital marketing, and preferably real estate or business center environments.
Technical & Marketing Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and website maintenance.
- Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO optimization tools.
- Strong knowledge of real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media strategies and content creation.
- Ability to analyze data, multitask efficiently, and communicate clearly.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and support skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
