Black Sea Business Center is seeking a versatile IT and Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and technical requirements. This role is ideal for a candidate who balances creative marketing strategy with technical IT skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email platforms.
• Portal Management: Create and optimize listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Content & Design: Develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, social media) and manage website updates via WordPress.
• Lead Generation: Track conversions through CRM platforms and implement retargeting strategies.
• IT Support: Handle basic hardware/software troubleshooting and systems maintenance for the business center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience, ideally within Dubai real estate or business centers.
• Proficiency in WordPress, SEO tools, and CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
