IT & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest media marketing trends, website SEO, CRM software, and digital tools. This role also includes graphics designing, content editing, and supporting both indoor administrative tasks and outdoor sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Research * Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook * Perform website SEO/AEO to enhance online visibility and search performance * Maintain and utilize CRM software for customer engagement and sales tracking * Design and edit graphics and multimedia content for marketing and promotional use * Create posters, flyers, and social media creatives using Adobe tools * Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) * Conduct research analysis to support marketing strategies and business decisions * Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, automation, and overall efficiency * Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies
• IT & Technical Services * Provide end-to-end IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network systems * Troubleshoot issues related to email storage, syncing errors, and cloud storage limitations * Perform data backups and implement reliable data recovery solutions * Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including CPU, RAM, and system failures * Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of software, operating systems, and security tools * Operate and manage business software including TallyPrime (Tally Gold), Zoho, SAP Business One, and Oracle NetSuite * Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress, including updates and plugin management * Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for efficient business operations * Configure and manage professional email systems and user accounts * Assist in indoor sales and handle general administrative tasks as required * Manage multiple systems, platforms, and tools with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphics designing and content editing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage both administrative and digital sales responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• working with CRM or similar management tools: 1 year (Required)
• Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
