About the job:

We are looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated " IT Merchandising Lead" to manage the full end-to-end merchandising function for the B2B channel. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, managing assortments, and ensuring continuous availability of IT products that meet B.TECH’s quality and performance standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance profitability and support the overall B2B commercial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
• Oversee sourcing activities to ensure the product assortment meets business requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms.
• Continuously seek out new vendors and assess their profiles to ensure alignment with BTECH guidelines.
• Regularly evaluate supplier performance and conduct reviews to ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Follow up on sales deals and projects, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure timely completion.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and inventory management, to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of supplier contacts, pricing information, and product specifications.
• Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sourcing and merchandising within the electronics sector, specifically IT , PC & Accessories
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
