IT & Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and creative professional who can handle responsibilities across IT management, graphic design, and animation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing company technology systems while also supporting creative tasks such as branding, visual content creation, and motion graphics.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Management

• Manage and maintain company computers, networks, printers, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Monitor system security, backups, and data protection
• Support cloud services, email systems, and user accounts
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed

Design

• Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, and branding assets
• Design UI elements, layouts, banners, and promotional visuals
• Maintain visual consistency across company materials

Animation & Multimedia

• Create basic animations, motion graphics, and video edits
• Produce animated promotional or explainer content
• Support multimedia production for social media and presentations

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
• Basic animation and video editing skills
• Good communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable
• Portfolio of creative work is a plus
