Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT & Network Support Specialist to manage and support our site’s IT infrastructure. The role involves installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience with LAN/WAN systems, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers and cybersecurity practices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting site surveys, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong documentation and vendor coordination skills are essential.

Job Description:

- Patching and termination on patch panel, MDF, and CCTV for telecom rack.

- Making I/O, LAN cables (straight & crossover), and working with WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.

- Conducting DTX testing, troubleshooting IP based systems, and working with IP protocols.

- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware, software, networks, and systems at the site.

- Providing technical assistance and support to site employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Supervising a team of IT technicians or support staff.

- Working on structured cabling and hardware systems including servers, memory modules, routers, switches, PDU and peripherals.

- Reading and understanding drawings to work according to specifications.

- Conducting site surveys.

- Troubleshooting and resolving IT and network issues as needed.

- Designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless).

- Ensuring the security and integrity of data and network systems, implementing network security measures to protect against cyber threats.

- Monitoring system and network performance, making adjustments for optimal operation.

- Collaborating with vendors, service providers, and other IT staff to manage and improve infrastructure.

- Documenting configurations, updates, and technical procedures.

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
