IT Network Engineer

Responsibilities：

• Ensure compliance with the IT architecture standards set by the headquarters, conducting testing and validation of local products to meet these standards. Oversee the procurement process and complete equipment purchases.
• Work in coordination with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to facilitate the procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (such as video surveillance, access control, cabinets, cables, etc.).
• Manage local system integration projects to ensure that solutions based on headquarters' technical requirements are effectively implemented and tailored to meet local needs.
• Take charge of creating and implementing localized IT solutions, which include the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with headquarters standards.
• Monitor the performance of regional office networks using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and develop and implement improvement measures based on this input.
• Oversee the management, tracking, and inventory of local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment records, supplier relationships, etc.), address local issues, and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with local service providers in Saudi Arabia to expedite problem resolution and ensure the efficient allocation of service provider resources.
• Provide support in creating standard operating procedures and documentation, and maintain regular communication with the headquarters IT team regarding the progress of localization solution implementations.
