IT & Network Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, network systems, security appliances, CCTV surveillance systems, and enterprise applications. Provides daily operational and user support for SAP Business One (SAP B1), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, switches, and routers.
• Administer and support Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate), including security policies, VPNs, NAT, traffic monitoring, logging, and firmware upgrades.
• Ensure network security, performance, and high availability, applying cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage and maintain IT hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user access control, and group policies.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including:
• Camera installation, configuration, and system expansion
• NVR/DVR management, storage monitoring, and backup
• User access control and footage retrieval
• Troubleshooting cameras, network connectivity, and recording issues
• Provide SAP Business One (SAP B1) operational support, including:
• Creation, modification, and cancellation of sales, purchase, and inventory documents
• Price updates and price list management
• Daily user support for SAP B1 transactions and operational issues
• Coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, and operations teams
• Provide IT end-user support for daily operational tasks and system issues.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness for IT and security systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before service disruption.
• Maintain IT, network, SAP, and CCTV documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure, security systems, and SAP-related support.
