We are looking for an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to handle freelance, task-based assignments in your area. This is a flexible contractual opportunity where you can accept tasks based on your availability (weekdays or weekends).
You will be compensated on an hourly, daily, or half-day basis, and tasks will be assigned according to your location.
Role Overview:
The work will primarily involve L1 & L2 IT/Networking support, including:
- Desktop and end-user support
- Basic server and rack-related tasks (e.g., hard drive replacement, hardware installation)
- Providing onsite assistance to remote teams (console access to routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
Required Skill Set:
- Strong experience in desktop administration and customer support
- Familiarity with incident, change, and release management processes
- Experience supporting third-party applications on Windows platforms
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration and IT infrastructure best practices (ITIL preferred)
- Basic networking knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting
- Ability to troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi and Ethernet configuration issues
- Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms
