Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, emails, websites, and network issues.
- Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, emails, websites, and network components.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure system performance.
- Security Management: Implement and monitor security measures, manage firewalls, antivirus software, and ensure data privacy.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including data backups, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Network Management: Administer and maintain network systems, including wireless networks, to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, software updates, and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with IT policies, standards, and relevant security regulations.
Education and Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
