IT Officer

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs. 45,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in information technology, with strong skills in managing computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while supporting internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Provide timely technical support and user assistance across the organization.
• Ensure the security of IT systems through data backups, antivirus protection, and access control.
• Manage and monitor network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to address IT needs and implement solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in IT support or administration.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Understanding of network protocols and IT security
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
