IT Officer

Job Description:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN/WAN) and internet connectivity.
• Manage data backups, antivirus, and IT security protocols.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including PCs, printers, and servers.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and services.
• Support users in resolving system and application-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Degree Title: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Career Level: Experienced Professional
