IT Officer

We're Hiring: IT Officer

Are you tech-savvy and ready to support a dynamic company’s IT operations? Join us as an IT Assistant and be the backbone of our IT support!

What You’ll Do:

-Manage and troubleshoot company network, workstations, and printers

-Assist the IT Manager/HOD with hardware/software installations and maintenance

-Set up new computers, create user accounts, and install software

-Document installations and issue resolutions

-Implement and maintain IT management tools for smooth communication

-Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed

- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on office tech

What We’re Looking For:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to document technical work clearly

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Prior experience in IT support is a plus but not mandatory
