Job Summary:
Faisal Movers Logistic Cell is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage day-to-day technical operations, ensure smooth network connectivity, and provide timely support across multiple company locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting networking, hardware, and system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor company-wide networking and internet connectivity.
• Maintain CCTV Equipments and make sure everything is working as intended.
• Overlooking and Troubleshooting attendance machines installed at locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and printer-related issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and system backups to ensure data integrity.
• Visit company branches and operational sites to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Maintain IT asset records, including systems, routers, and networking devices.
• Support ERP and internal software users as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and procurement.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or network management (experience in logistics or transport sector preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
• Good understanding of Windows and Office software.
• Ability to travel and provide on-site support when required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
