We are seeking a responsible and technically sound IT Officer to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system security, and timely technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and IT equipment
- Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi networks
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues
- Maintain user accounts, email systems, and access rights
- Ensure data backup, antivirus, and system security
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and repairs
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records
- Support ERP, HR, and accounting systems (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and ISO standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Understanding of data backup, security, and antivirus solutions
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
