Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & Support
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, back-office software, and restaurant applications.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to restaurant outlets and head office staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for POS systems, CCTV, internet, and software support.
Network & Infrastructure
- Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across all outlets.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and server health (on-premise or cloud).
- Ensure proper cabling, network security, and equipment functionality.
Data Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including user access control and data protection.
- Ensure regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Protect company systems against malware, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords for POS, ERP, and other systems.
- Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports.
New Outlet Setup & Projects
- Support IT setup for new restaurant openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Assist in system upgrades, technology rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Train staff on POS systems and basic IT procedures.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in restaurant chains, retail, or hospitality.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems (e.g., Oracle MICROS, Toast, NCR, or similar).
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, printers, scanners, and restaurant peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data backup practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets and provide on-call support when required.
Working Conditions
- May require shift flexibility, weekend, or after-hours support.
- Travel between multiple restaurant locations.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
