IT OFFICER

Hot N Spicy Restaurant is currently revamping its IT infrastructure across all 5 branches and is looking for a capable IT Professional. The candidate will assist in managing and troubleshooting Candela — a retail management software — and support other system upgrades and integrations as part of the revamp project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the transition and optimization of IT systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Candela retail management software
• Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors for bug fixes and system enhancements
• Monitor database performance and assist in regular backups and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, or database management
• Experience with Candela or similar retail/restaurant management software (preferred)
• Solid understanding of software workflows, basic SQL/database handling
