IT OFFICER

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management with strong expertise in networking, systems administration, ERP platforms, hosting, cybersecurity, and application support. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage day-to-day IT operations while supporting technology growth across the business.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT operations and support
• Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, and IT infrastructure
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sage
• Familiarity with hosting environments and domain management platforms such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and GoDaddy, Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and system protection measures
• Experience with server management, cloud environments, and data storage systems
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies
• App development and coding

Key Responsibilities: Maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and connectivity Provide technical support and troubleshoot software/hardware issues Manage hosting, domains, and server performance Support ERP systems and business applications Implement cybersecurity measures and system updates Support website and application maintenance
