Role:

Provide day to day local/remote desktop support

Handle inbound calls and answer questions

Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system

Printer support (Installation)

Conference Room support (Equipment setup and troubleshooting)

Network support (standard patching and cabling)

Ability to build relationships

Excellent time management skill

Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

Requirements:

Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software (VPN, AV, Office 365, etc.)

Familiarity with Mac OS would be a plus

Basic support for Mobile devices, Meeting rooms equipment, MF Printers,

Able to work under pressure/busy environment

This role is a Salary Non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,100.00 USD.
