Responsibilities

• In charge of the daily maintenance, operation and inspection of TV production system software

• In charge of the software and hardware deployment of TV production system software

• Helping users solve the problems of TV production system software

• Providing daily technical support to all the stakeholders

• Filing and achieving accurate records

Requirements

• BS/BA or University-level equivalent education background

• Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal abilities and teamwork capabilities

• Strong logical and analytics skills, can solve the problem independently

• A positive, ‘can do’ and proactive approach to all tasks

• Solid experience in troubleshooting computer hardware failures, performing computer hardware replacement and installation

• Basic knowledge of network, storage, database, experience in troubleshooting network, storage, and database failures

• Familiar with Windows operating system installation

• Experience in basic operating commands for windows, including ping, telnet etc.

• Familiar with installation of common tool software, including office, chrome etc.

• Fluent mandarin speaking skill
