IT Operation Manager

Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Shift: Evening/Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time)

Location: DHA VI, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring system uptime, security, and efficient day-to-day IT operations while supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and Active Directory (on-prem & Azure)
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Oversee IT security tools and ensure data protection
• Manage network operations and VoIP systems
• Handle IT assets, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in IT operations
• Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem and Active Directory
• Experience with IT security, backup solutions, and network management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL or equivalent certification
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and system migrations

• Tools: Atera, VoIP systems
• Data Protection: Microsoft DLP, BitLocker
