Qualifications:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar departments of universities,
• Between 2 years and 6 years of experience in the Information Technologies sector,
• Experienced in technical problem solving and troubleshooting
• Able to communicate effectively with business units and care about customer satisfaction,
• Solution-oriented and prone to teamwork,
• Strong analytical perspective, planning and follow-up skills, innovative,
• Experienced in writing documents, processes and procedures,
• Good level of English proficiency.

Job Description:

• Ensure the continuity and high availability of infrastructure systems managing investment operations (order routing, trading platforms, market data services, etc.),
• Manage and execute integration processes with domestic and international exchange systems,
• Conduct analysis and optimization studies on low-latency system architectures,
• Regularly perform system performance measurements (benchmarking, monitoring) and provide improvement recommendations,
• Lead incident management processes and perform root cause analysis of outages and issues,
• Ensure compliance with regulations and information security standards,
• Collaborate closely with development teams and IT infrastructure units,
• Experienced in financial system infrastructures, particularly trading and investment platforms,
• Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration, network topologies, firewalls, and data center architectures,
• Proficient in market protocols such as FIX/FAST, ITCH/OUCH,
• Experienced with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.) and log management systems (ELK, Splunk, etc.
