Qualifications:


  • Graduated from Computer Engineering or similar departments of universities,
  • Between 2 years and 6 years of experience in the Information Technologies sector,
  • Experienced in Windows Client and Server Systems, MS Office, SCCM, SQL, M365, DHCP, DNS,
  • Able to write scripts using Powershell and other scripting languages
  • Experienced in technical problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Able to communicate effectively with business units and care about customer satisfaction,
  • Solution-oriented and prone to teamwork,
  • Strong analytical perspective, planning and follow-up skills, innovative,
  • Experienced in writing documents, processes and procedures,
  • Good level of English proficiency.


Job Description:


  • Having knowledge about MS SCCM, preparing installation packages, making planned distributions and keeping them up to date,
  • Making Operating System Deployments with MS SCCM,
  • Meeting the Patch and Security Vulnerabilities of Operating System and All Applications in Windows Server and Client environments with MS SCCM with regular and planned work,
  • Writing scripts using Powershell and other scripting languages
  • Providing support to the end user on applications, network and security related issues coming from Level 1 support teams,
  • Ability to offer ideas and suggestions for automation by clustering incoming problems and requests,
  • Management and operation of network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP), end user applications, client, server and operating systems,
  • Regular health status control of Branch Servers and intervention at the operating system level in technical problems
  • Control and intervention at the operating system level in problems experienced in devices such as queue machines and kiosks in branches
  • Ensuring that all applications and hardware are in an uninterrupted service state.
  • Protecting and organizing all end-user devices & tools related to information technologies,
  • To perform the necessary maintenance and updates to ensure the continuity of the IT infrastructure.
  • To make recommendations on the integration of new technology products and manage the implementation processes.
  • Fulfilling level 2 problems and business requests on time by taking into account internal customer satisfaction,
  • Supporting the execution of all IT processes in accordance with legal regulations, including KVKK legislation and processes
  • Writing, updating and operating documents, processes and procedures in accordance with banking, BDDK, CDDO audits
  • Expert in Microsoft Configuration Manager and related technologies (MS SQL, PowerShell Scripting)
  • Experience in DEX Software (Systrack, Nexthink)
  • Experience in Inventory Software (Snow, ManageEngine)
  • Having ITIL, COBIT or Microsoft certificates.
