We are currently seeking a talented “Learning and Development Executive” to join our dynamic “Human Resources” team based in Kocaeli, Yeniköy.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, min. 3 years of experience in learning & development function
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • High customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and project management
  • Action oriented with focus on delivery and timelines
  • Team focused and quick problem solver
  • Have growth mindset


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Run needs analysis, identify current and future learning & development needs, understand the gaps in between.
  • Take active role in developing leadership, talent and functional development programs both for global (across all Hayat) and local (HQ & Turkey) level.
  • Design and execute reskilling and upskilling development programs.
  • Develop digital orientation programs and ensure best execution.
  • Work closely with talent management team for creating best in class talent development initiatives.
  • Cooperate with HRBPs (both in HQ, Turkey and all Hayat subsidiaries) and connect to leaders to understand Hayat priorities and follow up.
  • Support all learning & development teams across Hayat at a global scale to ensure the best execution of capability development strategy and initiatives.
  • Partner with internal communication team for branding and communication campaigns of learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal trainers pool, provide supports as necessary, track the process.
  • Execution of all legally required and mandatory trainings within the legally specified periods (such as Vocational Trainings, Occupational Health and Safety Trainings, Basic First Aid Trainings, etc.)
  • Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general and learning technologies in particular. Ability to independently work with cutting-edge technologies and enable their quick and wide adoption in the space of learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyse metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate.
  • Prepare and manage yearly budget within the responsibilities.
