IT Operations Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to oversee IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and lead operational excellence across all technology services. This role is responsible for managing IT teams, optimizing processes, and supporting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and systems performance
• Lead and manage IT operations teams and support functions
• Ensure system availability, security, and disaster recovery readiness
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and best practices
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Manage vendors, service providers, and IT budgets
• Collaborate with business units to support operational needs
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
• Proven leadership experience managing IT teams
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and IT service management
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
