المسؤوليات:

• قيادة وإدارة عمليات التشغيل التقنية وضمان استمرارية الأنظمة والخدمات.
• مراقبة الأداء اليومي للأنظمة وتقديم حلول استباقية لأي أعطال أو مخاطر.
• الإشراف على فرق التشغيل وضمان تطبيق معايير ITSM.
• إعداد تقارير تشغيلية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال إدارة العمليات والتشغيل (ITSM).
• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations to ensure system and service continuity.
• Monitor daily performance and provide proactive solutions for risks and incidents.
• Supervise operations teams and ensure ITSM standards are applied.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT Operations and ITSM.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Pay: From ﷼20,000.00 per month
