Job Description

The IT Operations Manager plays a critical role in the seamless functioning of a company's information technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day IT operations to ensure that end users can accomplish their tasks and objectives efficiently. The IT Operations Manager oversees the IT department, including staff, systems, and processes that support the delivery of IT services. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the IT operations team to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with company goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT systems and processes.
• Monitor IT systems performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to support business needs.

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, network security, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure situations.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in managing IT budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
