
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
-
Monitor daily IT operations and ensure service availability
-
Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues
-
Monitor and manage basic server operations as assigned
-
Monitor backup processes and report any failures
-
Maintain IT assets inventory and device lifecycle tracking
-
Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding)
-
Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied
-
Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports
-
Coordinate with vendors and assist in IT-related tasks and projects
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
2–5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role
-
Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
-
Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting
-
Experience with user support, devices, and IT operations
-
Fluency in English is required
-
The Hindi language is an advantage
-
Experience in a GCC environment is preferred
-
Good communication and problem-solving skills
