IT Operations Specialist (Anti-Detect & Network Management)

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and solution-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join our creative department. Our core operations involve organic outreach on platforms like Wattpad, AO3, Royal Road, and DeviantArt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our outreach team faces zero downtime due to technical blocks, shadow-bans, or network restrictions. If you are an expert in IP management, bypassing browser fingerprinting, and maintaining account stability at scale, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Continuity: Implement strategies to prevent shadow-bans, bypass spam filters, and resolve verification hurdles on a daily basis.
• Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage multi-account setups using advanced tools to ensure zero detection.
• Network & Security: Manage IP rotation, Residential/Mobile Proxies, VPNs, and advanced MAC address spoofing.
• Rapid Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and fix connectivity or platform-specific access issues whenever site security updates occur.
• Resource Procurement: Manage bulk email configurations and OTP bypass solutions for seamless account creation.
• Hardware Maintenance: Configure routers, Wi-Fi settings, and network adapters to maintain a clean digital footprint for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Networking: In-depth knowledge of Static vs. Dynamic IPs, DNS leak protection, and hardware ID (HWID/MAC) masking.
• Anti-Detect Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like GoLogin, AdsPower, Dolphin{anty}, or Multilogin.
• Platform Expertise: Understanding the automated security and spam detection patterns of platforms like Wattpad, Reddit, and DeviantArt.
• Technical Agility: Ability to switch between different network environments (4G/LTE dongles, dedicated proxies, etc.) instantly.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A "hacker" approach to solving technical roadblocks; you must be able to find workarounds when standard methods fail.

• Salary: Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month (Negotiable based on technical expertise)
• Schedule: 8am-4pm
• Location: North Karachi
