Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced IT PMO & Analyst specializing in IT Governance, Risks, and Strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives, managing risks, and enhancing strategic decision-making processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and risk management protocols.

  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and risk management strategies.
  • Experience in designing, developing, executing, and improving policies, processes and supporting documentation in alignment with best practices and frameworks.
  • Ability to use any project management tools and suggest improvements and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting business analysis and translating business requirements such as features prioritization, enhancements, and system integrations into functional and technical specifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in formulating IT objectives and developing effective techniques for deriving these objectives.
  • Deep understanding of internal and external auditing techniques including audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, control tracking, and remediation activities.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, frameworks, and principles to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, test and report on risks and controls.
  • Experience in IT process improvement, leveraging frameworks methodologies.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with contractors and other departments at varying levels of management.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently deliver results required.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and suggest improvements.
  • Review and amend RFPs before begin issued.
  • Coordinating with project managers assuring smooth executions of projects.
Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT governance and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
  • Min of 6 years of experience in IT project management and governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
