The IT Portfolio Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the Health, Informatics, Technology, and Security (HITS) project and demand portfolio under the direction of the HITS Project Management Director. This position is responsible for establishing and maturing portfolio and project management practices, ensuring alignment with CMH’s strategic goals, and driving a culture of disciplined execution, transparency, and continuous improvement across the technology organization. The IT Portfolio Manager partners closely with IT and organizational leaders and oversees governance processes that enable informed decision-making, effective prioritization, and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
