IT Procurement Agent

Title: Sourcing/IT Procurement Agent

Pay rate: $28 - $31/hr.

Work Location: Juno Beach, FL

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities across assigned spend categories, with a focus on IT-related goods, software, and services. The position involves executing sourcing processes, negotiating supplier contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement using SAP/SRM and GEP Source-to-Pay systems.
• Develop and implement procurement and category strategies to optimize value and reduce risk.
• Conduct spend, market, and vendor analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage renewals while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure audit and compliance readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field .
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in IT or category management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP/SRM and GEP Source-to-Pay platforms preferred.
