Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Consultant (Buyer) to manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, with a strong focus on sourcing, drafting RFPs, contract management, and vendor engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (user perspective for RFP creation) and a solid background in IT category management, covering hardware, software licensing, and large-scale IT infrastructure procurement.

• Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Manage and lead end-to-end procurement activities for technology packages.
• Coordinate and liaise with non-procurement stakeholders (IT, Contracting, Legal, Business, etc.) to ensure timely readiness and successful execution of packages.
• Work with end users to gather requirements, prepare detailed RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and ensure accurate documentation in SAP Ariba.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for RFP creation, management, and tracking; familiarity with Fiori is an advantage.
• Lead procurement activities for large-scale IT deployments, including servers, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee IT category management, specifically for hardware procurement, software licensing agreements, and IT services.
