IT - Procurement Officer

We are seeking a skilled IT – Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing IT-related products and services, including hardware, software, licenses, and IT services. The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery in line with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.

· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

· Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

· Coordinate with IT, Finance, and other departments to understand technical and business requirements.

· Track orders, deliveries, and installations; ensure timely closure of procurement activities.

· Maintain accurate records of IT assets, warranties, licenses, and vendor agreements.

· Monitor market trends, pricing, and new technologies to optimize procurement decisions.

· Handle vendor performance reviews, renewals, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

· Support budgeting, cost control, and cost-saving initiatives for IT procurement.

· Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of UAE experience in IT procurement or related purchasing roles.

· Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, networking, and licensing models.

· Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.

· Knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation.

· Arabic language is a plus.

· Should have UAE Driving License.

· Preferably to Immediate Joiners/15 days
