Job Description

We are seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of IT hardware, software, and networking solutions for our co-working centers. The role involves coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, maintaining budgets, and ensuring timely setup of IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software licenses, networking devices, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, contracts, and AMC/renewals.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations teams for new center setups and ongoing requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation, asset inventory, and vendor performance records.
• Ensure all purchases align with the annual budget of ₹13 lakhs and company standards.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of IT procurement experience; co-working or multi-location experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, networking equipment, and subscription/software licensing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage procurement across multiple centers efficiently.

Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹12 Lakhs
Industry: Co-working.
