Job Description

Yıldız Tech’s Global IT Procurement organization is seeking a IT Procurement Specialist to support the growing and evolving technology procurement function and assist in delivering effective and efficient procurement activities.

In this role, you will provide end‑to‑end support in procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and services — from RFI to contracting. You will assist in vendor research, obtain competitive quotes, support contract preparation, and help maintain procurement policies and documentation.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs, assist in vendor management and performance monitoring, coordinate closely with finance teams for accurate and timely order and invoice processing, and contribute to process improvements that create synergy across global operations.

• Take an active role in negotiations with suppliers to gain savings and create a positive impact on the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the details of procurement requirements.
• Support market analysis processes to identify and explore savings opportunities.
• Execute the procurement processes for IT hardware, software, managed services, consultancy and outsourced services for all group companies.
• Assist in budget and contract management for IT items.
• Contribute to annual purchasing budget tracking and reporting.
• Work in coordination with all departments.
• Perform against personal annual key performance indicators.

What Will Be the Qualifications We Expect from You?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in IT procurement.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM Module) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with some procurement documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Ability to negotiate with a supplier.
• Good reporting and analysis skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building.
• Strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in your work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong business acumen and eagerness to develop.
