What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a colleague for our Strategic Procurement Team !

Ensure all procurement processes comply with Enerjisa internal governance standards and regulatory frameworks while creating a transparent, auditable, and efficient governance system.

• Maintain and update procurement governance framework & approval matrix across all legal entities (supported by digital workflow tools),
• Alignment of procurement policies with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines,
• Coordinate aligning with standards, reporting, and documentation using SAP Ariba / e-Sourcing or similar data sources for both internal and external authorities,
• Coordinate with Legal & Finance for high-risk regulatory topics,
• Monitor compliance digitally from tender to payment,
• Training & advisory for distribution companies on compliant processes.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BA, or related fields,
• 3+ years of procurement governance/compliance experience,
• Strong understanding of energy sector regulations (EMRA preferred),
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills,
• Experience with SAP Ariba / e-Sourcing or similar systems is an asset,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
