We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-impact products. This role requires strong Agile expertise, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities

Owned and drove product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and long-term growth goals.

Led end-to-end requirement gathering, translating business and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.

Worked closely with engineering and business teams throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and post-release optimization.

Managed product releases, delivery timelines, and cross-team dependencies across multiple parallel initiatives.

Analyzed product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancements, innovation, and value creation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

6–8 years of experience in Product Management or product-focused roles, delivering customer-centric and scalable digital products.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Experience working in diverse, fast-paced environments; regional market exposure (including Saudi Arabia) considered a strong advantage.
