IT Production Support-IT Security

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured technical training and certification programs
• Support day-to-day IT operations and project activities
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and testing
• Provide first and second-level technical support
• Work closely with senior engineers on infrastructure, applications, and security tasks
• Document procedures, configurations, and knowledge articles
• Follow IT governance, risk, and security policies
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• •Master/ Certificate is preferred
• Banking experience is preferred
• From 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Security or Infrastructure Security
• •Hands-on experience with:

•Vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable, Nessus, etc.)

•Security hardening and patch management

•Security controls implementation

•Service accounts management
