IT Programmer

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking IT Programmer with strong expertise in OpenAI technologies, Odoo ERP, Python, and web/mobile application development. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, integrating AI-driven solutions, and supporting ERP and business process automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
• Customize and enhance Odoo ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs and AI-powered features into internal and customer-facing platforms. Programming & Automation
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Automate business workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

System Analysis & Support

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, mobile frameworks).
• Propose and implement innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in:

• Python development

• Odoo ERP customization and integration

• Web development (HTML, PHP, JavaScript, NextJS)

• Mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS)

• AI/ML or OpenAI API integration

Technical Skills

• Proficient in database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Strong experience with REST API development and integration.

• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in software development.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
