IT Project Coordinator (ELV, Access Control etc)

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects related to ELV systems, access control, and forensic/security technologies. The role involves coordinating between clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to technical requirements.

Salary Range: 3000-3500 AED ( Only apply if you agree to this)

Languages Known: English, Arabic (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities for ELV, CCTV, access control, and forensic/security systems
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Support procurement by following up on materials, deliveries, and technical submittals
• Ensure documentation is maintained (drawings, approvals, BOQs, method statements, etc.)
• Coordinate site activities with engineers and installation teams
• Monitor compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
• Identify project risks or delays and escalate when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in ELV / security systems projects
• Knowledge of:
• Access control & biometric systems
• CCTV & video management systems
• Forensic or digital security solutions (preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and system schematics
• Good knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools
• Familiarity with UAE project environments is an advantage
