IT Project Manager

Saudi Arabia

Position Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience and 7+ years overall IT experience
Monthly Salary Package: 8,000 – 13,000 SAR

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (MS Project, MS EPM)
  • Experience in managing project budgets and financial tracking
  • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and quality control
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with business and technology leaders
  • Experience in developing SOWs and acquisition-related documents
  • Strong background in client service and stakeholder relationship management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, competing needs, and fast-paced projects
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and maturity

Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead IT project management processes and implementation
  • Support projects with in-house staff and external stakeholders
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Conduct and manage quality control processes
  • Plan, manage, and lead Stage Gate meetings to review and approve deliverables before SDLC transitions
  • Track project status and report regularly to senior management and stakeholders
  • Handle recurring and ad-hoc data calls, reports, and client requests
  • Build presentation decks, talking points, and status agendas
  • Conduct program status meetings with staff and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple client relationships and competing project needs
  • Track risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive lessons learned processes for each software release
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices
