IT Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and oversee various technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall hands-on experience in managing enterprise software projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Information Systems, Project Management or closely related field and 7 years of experience in information technology project delivery or complex project management, with leadership experience within a Project Management Office as a team lead, a senior project manager with direct/indirect reporting relationships, or prior IT management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Project Management principles and operational management processes of complex technology programs
• Creation and support of standards, processes, and procedures which are instituted as best practices

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, design, and implement Agency technology projects in assigned areas of responsibility; manage the quality, scope, schedule, and budget related to assigned project(s) and support the promotion of the IT Project Management Office’s formal processes to support the products delivered to the Agency
• This position requires technical aptitude to complement the IT infrastructure portfolio of projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
