· Project Planning: Creation of detailed plan outlining scope, objective, budget, timelines and resources for IT operation projects
· Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication for the complete lifecycle of project
· Risk management: Identification and mitigation of potential project risk
· Resource management:
· Allocation and manage resource
· utilization throughout the lifecycle of the project
· Project control and reporting: Define, monitor and control project metrics end to end to ensure complete control over the project.
· Budget Management: Monitor, track and report budget consumption for the project Quality assurance: Define and validation of quality gates for each project phase and cycle.
· Should be Proficient in Waterfall agile and hybrid methodology. Project management certification like PMP, Prince2 etc would be preferable.
